SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
You will be charged, in full, at the time your order is placed. Orders are processed in and shipped from Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Standard shipping timeframe is 7 - 10 business days via USPS for in stock items. Custom orders may take longer. You will be notified of the expected processing time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless there was an error on our part or damage. If an item is received damaged, send photos showing the damage to kayciesjewelry@gmail.com and we will contact you with a solution. Free Return Shipping Labels will not be provided.
We are not able to accept cancellations of orders once they are placed. We are not able to accept changes to your order once your payment has been submitted.
